The glued frame - oiled lightly with Danish oil just to give some "life" back it it after being steamed

3 strips - Bamboo wedged between Guajuvera

The lovely grain patterning on the outside strip

Getting ready to choose and trace the handle insert

Handle shaped and ported internally
